I. Site and Services

xcelit connects students and organizations for project-based collaboration. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

Users must be 16+ years old. Organizations must be legally registered or authorized to engage with students.

Users must provide accurate details and are responsible for their account security and activity.

For Organizations: Post only real, respectful, and truthful opportunities.

For Students: Apply sincerely and keep profile data up to date.

Payments are processed via third-party gateways. xcelit is not liable for any disputes. Taxes are the user’s responsibility.

Integrations (e.g. Stripe, GitHub) are governed by their own terms. Your use implies consent to those terms.

By using xcelit, you consent to receive transactional and service-related emails or notifications.

By You: You may close your account anytime.

By xcelit: We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts that breach terms or law.

xcelit is provided “as-is” without warranties. We cannot guarantee success or uninterrupted service.

Our maximum liability is INR 10,000 or the total you paid us in the last 6 months. No responsibility for indirect damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless xcelit from claims arising from your use, submissions, or violations.

These terms follow Indian law. Any disputes will be settled in Patiala, Punjab.

Terms may change over time. Continued use implies agreement to the latest version.

These Terms form the full agreement. Invalid clauses do not void the rest. Failure to enforce does not waive our rights.
