xcelit provides account, profile, matching, project listing, and workspace tools. Feature availability may evolve over time.

You must be legally capable of entering an agreement. If acting for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for securing your credentials and session access.

• Project postings must be accurate, lawful, and non-misleading.
• Applications must be genuine and submitted in good faith.
• Abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent content is prohibited.

Payments are handled by third-party providers. Taxes, invoices, and compensation disputes remain between relevant parties unless otherwise specified.

Some features depend on third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to receive operational and security communications required to provide the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for policy or legal violations, risk to users, or repeated misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.

xcelit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime or business outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, xcelit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

You agree to indemnify xcelit against claims resulting from your content, conduct, or violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction and venue are in Punjab, India, unless otherwise required by law.

We may revise these Terms as the product, legal, or security context changes. Continued use means acceptance of the latest version.
