Built for builders, by builders — we started with a whiteboard and one question: why is it so hard to find real projects to work on?
We began as a student-led initiative to solve a simple problem: builders need real projects to work on, not job boards full of listings that go nowhere.
Now we're an ecosystem that matches talented people with projects that are actually moving — fast, fair, and focused on execution over self-promotion.
